Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of CurrencySpot. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. CurrencySpot is free and does not require an account.

CurrencySpot is licensed, not sold, for your personal use. Your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. If these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict over your license to use the app, the Standard EULA applies.

CurrencySpot displays exchange rates from Frankfurter, a free, open-source service. As stated in its official documentation, Frankfurter tracks daily rates for 201 currencies published by 84 central banks. These are reference rates, not live or tradable market rates, and they can change as new data is published. They are provided for general reference only.

The rates and conversions in CurrencySpot are for general information only. They are not financial, investment, or trading advice, and they are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Before exchanging money or making a financial decision, confirm the rate with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, which may apply different rates and fees.

CurrencySpot and the exchange rate data it displays are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that rates will always be available or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CurrencySpot and its developer are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its exchange rate data, including financial loss from inaccurate, delayed, or outdated rates.

Use CurrencySpot only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the app or the third-party services it relies on.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with a revised "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use CurrencySpot after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
